SCPS has an impressive library building. Its modular and functional style fulfills the purpose of planned library. While all the reading areas face the east, the staff area is on the west side, with the stack area being in between.

The library has a collection of over 15,000 publications which includes books, new and bound volumes of journals, theses / dissertations, rare books, reports, government documents and back files of newspapers.
